Why did you become a hairstylist?
From the moment I set foot in a salon, working as a shampoo girl in high school, I knew it was the environment I belonged in. I loved the energy and I quickly found so much joy and fulfillment in taking care of people. Customer service is my true passion and helping people love themselves is my highest goal.

What inspires you?
Being outside, reading books, practicing yoga and cooking are all activities that bring me to a flow state. I also have the privilege of working with incarcerated youth and adults, facilitating writing and conversation workshops with the organization The Beat Within. The time spent with them is extremely fulfilling and inspiring.
