Why did you become a hairstylist?
I was inspired early on by the Sassoon geometrics, Twiggy’s pixie of the early 60’s, Julie Christie, Jane Fonda in “Klute”, Audrey Hepburn, Jean Shrimpton, and Dorothy Hamill’s iconic wedge twirling on the ice. They were done perfectly as far as I could see, with intention and a plan. And I wanted to know how to do that.

What inspires you?
All hair on every head and why its there and how it got there. Also, seeing great looks executed on difficult hair.

Texture by Bumble and Bumble and Astera by Rene Furterer.
